i've lived here for 3 years and the first 2 were pretty good. this last lease i signed has been awful. i turn in repairs and get very little done. i had to write the corporate office to get anything accomplished- and they still haven't fixed everything. pest problems, loud neighbors (i can hear everything my neighbors do- so it may not be them so much as these apartments are so old the insualtion doesn't block sound anymore), cracks in the walls, old appliances, dingy worn carpet, nasty cabinets, rotted wood on patios and pool areas, and so much more. luckily, my lease is almost over and i get to move.

oh my- help me- i want out so bad. do i just keep bugging corporate? i've sent 2 letters. but i can send one everyday and leave messages and emails- i can do whatever i need to. fill me in!!!!

I live i n phase 2 and i totally agree w/the noise issue. I can hear everything my neighbors do as well. I've lived in several apts and i've never had this problem. The parking is terrible, the maintenance is slow,the landscaping around the complex needs some major help,my neighbor smokes pot outside on the stairs leading up to my apt,and the list goes on and on. These apts whether its phase 1 or 2 are not worth the price. My lease is up in a few month and even though i hate moving i will be. Thank God!

I agree with all of you. I have been here for two years and the first year wasn't so bad but this past year has been a nightmare. They are fixing the rotten wood but the workers are leaving nails and wood with nails in the middle of the street. I'm surprised I haven't had a flat yet. I just started seeing roaches coming out of the wall cracks in the kitchen. I have complained several times nothing is being done. I submit work orders and I have to wait and wait and then they get mad because I have called to check up on it. The lighting outside is horrible. I hope when the Mayor starts cracking down on the ??????bad?????? apartment complexes they will hit this one. I'm out as soon as my lease is up. I can hardly wait!!!

bargirl24 - I literally called corporate every day and left voicemail after voicemail. and if he didn't answer me, i kept calling the main office onsite and bugging the property mananger, asking her if she would live in this conditon. finally, i went in one today to show her pictures of all the mice and before i got my camera out she said "ok, we're letting you out of your lease effective immediately." so, my advice--bug the crap of them the way things around that complext bug you!!
