I have requuested my air fixed 3 or 4 times. When they "fix" it, it will only work 2 days. So I walked a work order down today,and 2 hours later my thermostat read 95 degrees. So I called, still waiting for "emergency maintnence". I called a hour ago. hate this place so much.

i just hate this place....i'm so glad i got out of my lease 5 months early!!!!

I'm just glad to hear that I'm not the only one. When I complain they make me feel like I'm the only one with issues. Not that I'm glad your having problems as well just that it isn't my imagination that this place sucks. This is mt second time to live here, the first time I was here for 1 1/2 yrs and I loved it so when I got divorced and was forced to move to an apartment again I moved here. I have had nothing but problem from day one and I'm almost at my 2 yrs and I'm out never to return!

I used to live next door at Falltree and They were nice and staff was good but I moved because I didn't want to live next to Prescott Place. What a speedway that is and lots of drugs. I reported things to and NOTHING got done. Management is a joke. Get out while you can. No one wants to move on that street because of Prescott Place. This place ruins the whole street!

I am moving in tomorow so I hope these reviews are false for which when i went to the office Marcy was extremly nice and any time I call people are always there to help and talk.
