When we were looking into getting an apartment here, they showed us kids playing in the courtyard, climbing the trees, and riding their bikes. Well it was all just a front, in no time after we moved in, they took my son's bike and sent out letters saying they were not allowed to ride them along the side walk. After that, the kids were not allowed to hang-out at anyone else's patio, they had a curfew at 8pm, then they were not allowed to play at all at the apartments and they suggested we went to the park that was "at walking distance". For some reason, if my husband would park in a visitors parking, they would leave notes saying he was not allowed to park there, but there was a car parked in a visitors spot without being moved AT ALL for (NOT KIDDING) at least 4 months! When we would shower, we would see dirt in the tub...no it wasn't already dirty either! They kept telling us that it would clear up when they finished fixing the pipes, they finished that but the dirt was still there when we left the apartment. I would not refer these apartments to anyone with children or multiple cars!
