I lived in a home most of my life and this is my third apartment. I have lived here about 7 months. The rooms are spacious and the office staff is nice. Unfortuatly we went without a maintenance or porter for a while but we have a new guy now. But when there was noone the manager and the maintenace we did have went out cleaned the grounds in the evening. The manager works her hinny off. She is there at 8 am and sometime does not leave until 8 to 9 pm. She gets out there with her guys and picks up grounds and fixes the fence. She will set and talk to you if you need to talk. If you need her to come to your apartment she will be right there. They seem to interact with everyone here. They through a summer pool party, a back to school party, the halloween party was cool. They had a haunted court yard by the office and had a peduta, bounce house, candy fro the children, The Christmas party they had Santa therre and gave a present to each child and a pic with santa. If you are looking for an apartment that is accually a community like the old days I would lease here. You will be happy. People accual care about people here. Like I said suprise!
