Me nd my fiance have lived here about 6 months, and those six months have been awful. The managemtns staff is incompetent and will not help you no mater how many times you complain. I visited them 4 times about the high price of our water bill, 2 bed room one bath two people living there, 42.88' The manager said it was due to them havng water problems, i said ok, and the manager said it would be fixed soon, the next month, same high bill, i call the water company, turns out they have had us listed as having THREE people occupying the apartment not two, causing our bill to go up and up. Hope this gets resolved. To many maintenance issues two count, when we moved in there were numerous problems the manager said she h=would have fixed, we agreedt o lease as long as these things were fixed. Paint chiping in the hall way, dishwasher broken to where it drains on the counter, sliding glass door in our bedroom that wouldnt even open when we moved in, 3 months later the maintenace man came to fix it, got it to open but in the process poked holes in the screen so we cant use it with out bugs in the apartment. The manitenace man told me he had to buy a new screen and would have it finished later that week, three months later still not fixed. When we confronted him about it he said he had the screen, just never put it up! How does that count as doing the job. The complex is noisy at all times of the day, there is no parking, my husband has to park 10 min away from our apartment everyday! The security gates never work, not secure. I feel unsafe in my own home and it is sad that me and my fiance still have to live here antoher six months. DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will regret it! Wow, it is a suprise that you are having propblems like this. I have lived here at Princeton for 7 months and have no issues. And I don't know were your husband is parking but this is a small apartment complax and it is only a 2 minute walk to the visitors parking in the back. There seems to be plenty. I have seen people hit the gates and talked to the manager myself about this. They are always fixing them but which is true it does cost money. The maintenance is slow but have alot on there plate. They are really nice and understanding people. They have always taken care of what I needed. I am sorry you are not happy but I do luv living here.
