I have lived here for 7 months now & I cannot wait to get out!!!! The building I live in is beyond noisy & the management doesn't seem to care. Not to mention we seem to be the only residents in the building that care. There are drug dealers living 2 blgs over from me & its quite obvious by the cars they drive & the traffic coming in & out of the blg. I have been verbally abused by an upstairs neighbor, the maintence request (even simple ones) take 3 or more days & 4 phone calls to get done. One wall in the 2nd bedroom still has pink showing through b/c the painter didn't do his job right & I couldn't put off my moving day any longer. The carpet was supposed to be replace b/c the prev. resident tried to cover up the ugly paint job she did (she painted the walls pink & green!!) & she got white paint all over the carpet. The carpet was never replaced they just sent someone to clean it but just like I told them all of the stains have come back!!! Luckily I have pictures to prove what this unit looked like when we moved in. It was disgusting!! Nothing like the unit they showed us when we were moving in. What a rip off. Not to mention they allocate the water bill, so even if you use 50% less water than other residents, your paying the bill! Lately the water bill has been about $50 on top of the already outrageous rent!! This has been the worst apt complex I have ever lived in.
