My experience at Springfield has been very good. The grounds look beautiful, the office is very friendly and helpful and maintenance has been very responsive when needed. Last week I had a small maintenance request that I told the office was no rush. Within the hour Joseph was there to fix the problem. I was really impressed with the same day service and the fact that he treated me like I was important. It is so nice to live on a property where you get good customer service. I will be renewing my lease.
