SPRINGFIELD WAS A NIGHTMARE. THERE WERE ROACHES ALL IN THE APARTMENT BEFORE WE EVEN HAD OUR STUFF MOVED IN, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SPRAY - NEVER DID. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY LITERALLY UNLOCKED OUR DOOR WITH OUT EVEN KNOCKING AND WALKED RIGHT IN WHILE WE WERE SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM. OUR TOILET WAS MESSED UP WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN...WE CALLED A MAINTENANCE GUY - HE NEVER SHOWED. ALL THEY TRIED TO DO THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE WAS TAKE OUR MONEY. THE APARTMENTS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY AND SERVICE YOUR GETTING. 2 GUYS WERE SHOT RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR DOOR AND THERE WAS A FIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR AND ENDED UP COMING IN OUR APARTMENT (WE HAD NO IDEA WHO THESE GUYS WERE AND WE ARE 2 LITTLE 21 Y/O GIRLS FROM THE COUNTRY). ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL. THE ROACHES GOT SO BAD THAT WHEN I MOVED FROM THERE I HAD TO SPRAY LITERALLY EVERYTHING SO THEY WOULDNT FOLLOW TO OUR NEW PLACE. WHEN WE FINALLY WERE ABLE TO MOVE OUT THEY CHARGED US FOR EVERY LITTLE BITTY THING. THEY INFLATED THE PRICES OF THE SMALLER THINGS. OUR LEASE WAS UP AUGUST 30 AND AUG 29 WAS OUR LAST DAY AT THE APARTMENT...YET THEY CLAIM WE STAYED UNTIL SEPT 2 AND EXPECTED US TO PAY AN EXTRA $60. DONT BE FOOLED THEY ARE NICE AND EVERYTHING AT FIRST TO GET YOU REELED IN THEN AS SOON AS YOU SIGN THAT CONTRACT ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS MORE MONEY THAN THEY ARE ALREADY GETTING. WE DEEPLY REGRET THE DECSION TO MOVE THERE. ALTHOUGH IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD APARTMENT WE ALSO STAYED IN THE COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS OFF PINEHURST AND THEY WERE GREAT...NO PROBLEMS THERE.

Anybody posting ANONYMOUS is LYING! this is ridicilious that people will get online and say bad things about apartments communities that are simple not true, sometimes people get mad at office staff, or things don't go there way so they wanna get back at them by writing bad reviews. i have lived here at springfield a 1yr and have not had any problems what so ever! my apartment is center in the middle of the community and i have not heard loud music or talking. it is very very quite over here and threwout the apartments. i sometimes see my naighbors sitting or standing out on there patio balconies and even they are very quite. so i disagree with this person blog. simply not true. and when i decided to move over here, i was looking for privacy, cleaniness, and quiteness. and i got all. staff is very helpful and friendly. britney is a wonderful staff memeber and she treats everyone with respect. maintinence is done promplty. i have had my blinds changed, my fault leaked, and carpet had air pockets in them and all of my service orders were done within 3 days of input. i've heard about one shooting incident and that was next to my unit a 1yr ago,, flyers went out and explaint to the tenants what happened or what was going on in the apartments. i pay my rent on time and i don't walk around acting like i got an attitude. in order to get respect you have to give it first. why because that is how the world evolves. i really don't beleive no one is treated any different. i never had any problems with roaches, however when i first moved in i did have problems with ants, and the office responded and sprayed and i have never had any problems with ants, rocaches, or any other bugs sense. i'm just a single middle class working parent 33. so don't get it twisted. and i'm black. so people that are just too dam picky you can never please. people pleasing is often people using. i highly reconmend springfield to anybody who knowns how to act when renting an apt.

WELL THE REST OF THE REVIEWERS ON HERE SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM TOO, SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU SHOULD POST YOUR OWN REVIEW FOR EVERYONE NOT JUST A RESPONSE TO ONE PERSONS VIEWS. WE LIVED FURTHER TO THE BACK OF THE APARTMENTS WHICH I HEARD WAS WORSE THAN THE FRONT. THE SHOOTINGS WERE IN AUGUST...AND YOU CAN CHECK THE RECORDS FOR THAT ONE.

Yeah Pinehurst is a good one! NOT my Best friend had to move from there not just because it took them 8 days to come fix her ac in the middle of July, they tagged her car for no reason aaaannnd it took 5 months for them to replace her refrigerator that they had promised her before she even moved in orrr the fact that everytime I went to see her I got hit on at least 3 times whether it be random people hanging out of a car, on their patio, or walking on the side of the road! Talk about scary I would sprint to my car everytime and have mase in my hand...Not to mention I caught someone peeking inside my car! Maybe if you weren't nasty there wouldn't be roaches in the first place & good luck with the Country Club it just might b a bigger dissapointment than Springfield!
