I just recently moved into the Summit Apartments. From the street they appear to be pleasant enough, however, once entered it is a different story. The apartments are not ready to move into, they are filty!! But the lease was signed ...so ...what can one do' So many things were wrong with the apartment and has yet to be repaired. The mainteneace man in charge has his hands full. The place is short staffed and the poor man needs a break. The manager and leasing girl appear to be not all there and not know what they are doing. They talk a good game but they don't produce results. The leasing person is never on time on the weekends. We are lucky if she gets there by 11:00am.

On a nice sunny day, folks come out like roaches roaches out of the woodwork and hang out in the parking lots, hallways, on cars and retainer walls. It's very frightening to have to drive past them. Alot of them will not even move for your car to drive through the parking lot and they let their little, tiny children dart out in front of your car!

They are supposed to have a patrol, but the only time you see him is when is is getting in or out of his car going to or from work. He never patrols the apartments like he is supposed to. And COPS!!! They are at the Summit pretty much 24-7. Lots of fights and domestic disputs. People hanging out of their windows cursing at the top of their lungs and walking through the parking doing the same. The teenagers have awful potty mouths.

People have their car stereos blaring. The base will shake your walls and windows. If you are a day sleeper you can forget sleeping!

Gang wanna-be boys hang out by the exit gates and try to prevent visitors from visiting. The management seems to have no control over anything. I can not wait until my lease is over so I can get me & my babies out of here and to somewhere safe!!! I am afraid for my life and the lives of my children.

The apartments are cute although small and dirty and it is not safe to live here. The yards are very trashy, too.
