You move in and get a list, you fill out the list and they did not fix even 1 thing. My child has asthma so i requested the filter be changed and the manager was real nasty about it, tried to hand me the filter and have me change it myself and i said i am not maintenance so she had it changed THREE days later!!!!! Water bill is way too high and no explanantion as why it is so high, ants everywhere. I requested over and over for them to fix this ant problem it went so far as to if its really that bothersome maybe you should find somewhere else to live! HOW PROFESSIONAL! One minute ------ is manager then it's ------. Cops are there a lot, they have what seems like drug deals right by the gate, gate is always broken. Smells like weed most of the time by the 1005 building. It's a nightmare, my lease is up in one month thank god!
