I moved in the Summit in January of 2006. I got a great move in special and was very excited about living here. I have a 1 bedroom and love the layout. The square footage is distributed very well. These are the only positive things that I can say about this community. Maintaince is horrible. If you put in a maintaince request, you have to continuously call the office and ask when it will be completed. I have had an ongoing ant problem since the day I moved in. They have been out twice and nothing seems to work. I have talked to other residents and they have the same issue. My a/c unit never cools properly and I have to run it on 60 to cool the apartment off. The maintaince isn't capable of fixing this problem, seeing as how they have come out at least 3 times and I'm still having the same issues. My ceiling is wharped from a water leak from an upstairs apartment. I reported it and it took them a month to come out. Keep in mind, I was calling every other day because of the horrendous smell of mold and mildew growing. I had to push my furniture to the mildew of the living room in order to keep it from getting water damage. When they finally came out to fix it, they did a horrible job and it still looks wharped. The management is rude and uncaring. There are never any parking spots, and it is not well lit. Only one of the outside perimeter lights on my floor of the building work. None of the residents that I know are re-newing their lease and I WILL NOT RENEW MINE IN JANUARY. I am not writing this review to be hateful, I am doing this to help someone so they will not get trapped into signing a lease at a place that is the worst in the metroplex. Before you choose a complex, do your research and read the reviews. I know now to always research a complex before I move. This is the worst year of my life!!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate the feedback. We were going to move here, but now after reading these reviews...we are NOT!!! I hate going from bad to worse.
