I have lived here for almost 3 years and they have changed management about 5 times. Every time, it seems to be worse. There have actually been Saturday's when I've been to the office when they have young teenagers watching the office. They water ALL THE TIME! I've complained to the office on several occasions about their obsessive watering and they do nothing about it. The sprinklers rain on you in the morning when you and your children are trying to walk to school, they rain on you in the afternoon during lunch and they rain on you when you are trying to get home from work. The parking is outragous!! Everyone I live around is VERY rude and inconsiderate. My bottom-level privacy fence is completely falling apart. I mean, wood in all directions, super long nails all over the place and they won't fix it. The kitchen and living areas are WAY to small and I think that the bathrooms have been re-caulked 1000 times. That's their idea of cleaning for the next tenants. If you are in support of the bill stating that Spanish should be the primary language in the United States, then live here, because you're going to need to be able to speak that language to even get by. VERY RUDE, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and very not private! Don't do it! Way too expensive for the inconvenience. I'm out of here when my lease is up. I've just had too much!
