All the bad stuff fist..
this place started out bad. First night here my car had everything stolen out of it. Next week car was stolen. (i did get it back tho shh I think the guy lives in my building that did it) next day around 2am we had someone bang on our door our pep hole is so messed up u cant see out. (lil scary!) had the wrong door the people below us have had their kid kidnapped ( it was on tv!) sometimes the fire alarm goes off late at night the gate never works and when it does it takes forever to open. Potties dont flush very well or on the first time it might take 2 or 3 times to get it to flush all the way. Drains didnt drain very fast for a year but they got it kinda fixed now.i had to wash my face in the bath tub cuz the sink would almost over flow with water or it was just to nasty to do anything in the skin when it rains water dips/pours into the bath tub (no biggy but is kinda gross water) heater doesnt work. fridge didnt work when we fist moved in it spoiled all our food. AUNTS AUNTS AUNTS! u kinda become friends with them.. but once they started getting into our bed then i got mad cuz i woke up with aunts in my eyes.. CREEPY! tho they did come out and spray... i was sleeping when he walked in.. Freaked me out... (they all have keys to get in!) Then I became allergic to the spray so I had to stay gone all day. No aunts now tho.. just lots of dead ones with bug spray all over.. back door doesnt open sometimes.. kinda get stuck outside if your not careful. Internet access sucks here cuz the lines are so old. Up the road a bit is a bad neighborhood. But they seem to stay up there.. sometimes u can hear a train cuz the tracks are kinda close but its not toooo loud. Your mail sometimes goes to other apts and you might not ever get it.(tho thats kinda the post offices problem) the walls arent painted very well and they are a ugly off white color but I think u can paint if you want.. theres come crakes and stuff on the walls and ceiling but not to bad. Kinda a old kitchen. But it all works.
Now Good stuff.
Some apt dont have neighbors on the sides and its cool cuz its not loud at all here.. and u can be loud and not bother ppl. Theres elevators that work almost all the time! The gym seems to be open all the time as long as u have a key but ppl have been getting in there and destroying things so sometimes they lock it up late at night. Its not a loud place to live. They have a cool duck pond u can fish in and the pools are nice and theres a trial that goes around the pond. Not many bugs around here other than aunts. No mice or anything. They got all new workers here so things seem to be getting better. Things get done a lot faster now too. I have one more year left here so I might have more messages on there to have a over all experience. Oh covered parking is free and theres lots of if. Lots of really nice trees and flowers, they seem to keep it up really well. they have BBQ pits for parties around the pond its alot of fun. thers a playgound and Vball pit.For the size of this place and over all the things that have happen, im still happy here .if feels like home.. If u can over look some stuff its a great place to live!
