My wife and I moved to Madison at Trinity Place Apartments in October of 2006,and that year of HELL was one that would make anyone cringe.Madison Properties couldn't have cared less whether you as a tenant were satisfied or not.The management was pathetic and the maintenence was even worse.They hired illegal -------- to do maintennce work and not one of them were worth a plug nickle.

Then,last year Tripromanagement took over after this place was sold to a new owner,and there was a lot of hope that things would get a whole lot better but guess what' It's gotten worse! Our lease was up for renewal recently, and we were informed by the new manager that we could come in any time before March 1st to renew our lease. Both my wife and I are disabled and moving at our age is not practical,but when we discovered that they're not doing 12 month leases anymore but only 6 month leases,we decided to sign a 6 month lease and then prepare to move at the end of the lease.

They only have two maintenence people and both are over worked for the amount of Apt's and they don't seem to care about the crime in this area either.The front gates,which are a sore spot with tenants here don't work. The fitness center is a pathetic mess and when you bring a problem to the attention of management they literally turn their back on you and hope you'll go away. For what we'll now be paying in rent here you can do a WHOLE lot better somewhere else.
