We've been here now for just over a year and during this period they've gone through two management companies.The current one is under staffed and they're maintenence people are overwhelmed with work orders. They have no organization to their system of fixing things such as contacting a tenant to let them know when they can expect their maintenence problem to be repaired.
They management company does not seem too concerned with trying to keep good tenants but are more concerned with the outside exterior of the apartment building(painting)which seems to be dragging on and on.
They've raised our rent and thus far they have not responded properly to our work order requests.
DO NOT RENT from Trinity Place Apartments..You'll be sorry!
