My husband and I moved into these apartments in August of 2007, since the day we moved in we have had nothing but trouble. First our A/C broke in the middle of the summer and the mgmt acted as if it was no big deal. The apartment was oboviously not cleaned before we moved in, nothing was repaired from the previous tenant. Drawers were glued shut that should have been usable. Out sink has busted now three times flooding the floor with water making the whole house smell. At one point during the winter our heat was not working for over two weeks. The old management was horrible and the new management is no better!!! The lights in the parking lot are minimal at best, the crime level is very HIGH. Since we have been there both of our cars have been broken into, my husbands work trailer was stolen, the person above us had thier door kicked in. We are also living with a termite infestation that management seems not so interested in.....It is just one thing after another. I didn't expect a luxury apartment given the price and neighborhood but I also didn't expect this. We moved here in order to save money to get a house....but now I just want to leave as soon as possible.......

I hate those apartments with the passion. The ONLY thing that made me want to move there was the size of the apartments, but it is SO not worth all the BS the managment puts you through. Once they said I had a credit on my account and told me to pay my next month's rent short that credit amount, well when I did, I GOT AN EVICTION NOTICE! I never paid late in the two years I resided there and to get that was a HUGE insult! I just moved in Dec and am so glad I did. I hear they're raising the prices of the apartments. They have to be smoking crack!! (probably along with the people who break into the cars) IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE AS YOUR HOME, PLEASE RECONSIDER! I wouldn't even refer these apartments to my worst enemy!
