The apartments are older and haven't been updated in some time. There was a lot of damage in the apt. that we moved into and we made sure we took lots of pictures to make sure we wont be charged for the previous mishaps whenever we leave in a month. We haven't had any major problems, but if you need any repairs, good luck getting the maintenance guy to get off of the golf cart to get anything done. They have had to come back twice to fix our AC and it still doesn't cool very well at all. The back bedroom is the only room that is cool. The rest of the rooms stay very warm. Also, the dishwahser is a nightmare! The dishwasher doesn't even have a silverware rack and doesn't clean for anything! Even pre-wahsing dishes doesn't help. Another major problem that we adressed and they tried to fix is the toilets. The toilets will run all day and night no matter what you do to try and fix the problem. The bathtub also doesn't hold water. Without intentionally draining the tub, the water will all drain regardless. The apartment is extremely energy inefficient. Our utility bill is more for this 2 bedroom apartment than it was for our 3 BR house we left to come here!
My biggest complaint more than anything else is that nobody picks up after their dogs. It has been like this since we moved in, but now that we have 100 degree weather, the smell is nauseating! It also creates a problem for our 3 year old little boy who cant even go outside to play in the grass because you can't find one spot not covered in flies and fecies. It is truly disgusting!! My husband and I both have to hold our breath on our way to our vehicles because the smell is so overpowering!
We live on the back side of the apartment and it is usually pretty quiet. We have had a decent experience there as far as management. However, we did go by the office to pick a package that UPS had left when we were not at home and they couldn't find the box and still to this day have never found! You do have to furnish your own lighting in the living room and bedrooms which was new to us. We've never lived in an apartment that didn't already have light fixtures. I wouldn't say don't live here, but don't expect anything special and you'll be ok. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
