So happy - I have lived at the Lakes for 7 years. I am so happy with this apartment. When ever any thing has needed to be fixed they take care of it right away. Overpriced Priced this complex when apt hunting in Midland. While they are the newest and nicest in Midland (along with Vantage) they are silly expensive.
This is a case of a mgt company finishing a premium complex at the end of a boom, the likes of which might not be seem for another 10 or 20
