Don't be misled!..You get what you pay for.Nothing is ever fixed in a timely manner..but you will be expected to pay your rent as such!
The streets and parking areas are terrible.
Prepare to name your roaches as they will be your new pets.
Flyers are sent out warning of apt. burgularies..and reccommending that you not walk the area after dark..partly because they will not pay for street and parking area lighting..and will readily tell you that management is NOT responsible for your security in any way..
No wonder they can not keep residents
