My husband and I moved to this area and lived here for about a year. It was the absolute worse experience we have had. The roaches were ridiculous. Never seen so many. One night, we killed several, came into the kitchen and there was a flying roach, and then there was a centipede on the door. Ridiculous bugs. And the repairs needed are ridiculous. The entire time we were there the 2nd bathroom never worked and was never fixed. For the last 3 or 4 months, the air conditioner leaked, and the maintenance man came in and made a gigantic hole in the ceiling outside the bathroom....and never came back....and it kept leaking. The dishwasher was caked with black gunk. Never used it. In fact, it was several months before we got brave enough to even use the awful stove. It was horrible outside. The potholes are ridiculous. Our truck was vandalized. It was broken into and so much stolen. Then, the tires were removed and the truck was left on blocks. Police were out there quite often. Trashy trashy place. The advertisement when we moved in was that it included a game room, and it did not. the management went through a chagne when we were there, but it was no better. they were NEVER in the office during posted hours. Talk about FRUSTRATING! I am thankful to God that we were able to finally get out.
