I use to manage these apartments and the Brazos Villa from 1985 through 1987...THEY WERE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION..WE PUT IN NEW CARPET, REFRIGERATORS, THE POOL WAS CLEANED AND EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED...WE HAD POOL PARTIES, BINGO ONCE A WEEK, A COMMUNITY YARD SALE...I LIVE IN CINCINNATI OHIO NOW..IT IS SO SAD TO KNOW THIS..I WORKED VERY VERY HARD TO KEEP THESE WELL MAINTAINED..WE HAD AN EXCELLENT MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT.
