What a difference in the apartments since the new owners and managers took over!
Renovations and attention to detail have improved the property dramatically.
There're still some areas that need improvement, but things are progressing well.
I've lived here 6 mos. and have had very satisfactory experiences so far.
No bugs, only minor maintenance delays and friendly and attentive staff.
The place is extremely well situated in the best part of town - close to everything.
The rent prices are very reasonable for the location and large sized units.
I plan to live here as long as I can - and I recommend it to everyone.
