i don't see how ANYONE can give this place a good review. the bugs ARE terrible, the parking is worse, and they charge you after you move out, when you owe NOTHING. we recently moved from there because nothing ever gets fixed- they put it on the list (ha). we had black mold growing in one of our bathrooms, and the most we got from the owner was that it was our problem, and they would get to it when they could. well... 6 months later, we moved out, and it was NEVER fixed. our apartment flooded several times, which ruined the new flooring WE ourselves had put down. it was a terrible terrible experience, and i would NOT recommend it to anyone.. PERIOD.
