NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT ... WOW!!! What a difference in the apartments since the new owners and managers took over!
Renovations and attention to detail have improved the property dramatically.
There're still some areas that need improvement, but things are progressing well.

yuck don't move here....please. bugs, bugs, bugs. never seen so many. and nothing ever gets fixed. had a hole in our hallway ceiling, and they only came to make it bigger...never fixed anything. dirty. outlets didn't work. 2nd bathroom never worked and never was fixed.

PREVIOUS MANAGER I use to manage these apartments and the Brazos Villa from 1985 through 1987...THEY WERE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION..WE PUT IN NEW CARPET, REFRIGERATORS, THE POOL WAS CLEANED AND EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED...WE HAD POOL PARTIES, BINGO ONCE A WEEK, A COMMUNITY YARD

what a rathole! Don't be misled!..You get what you pay for.Nothing is ever fixed in a timely manner..but you will be expected to pay your rent as such!
The streets and parking areas are terrible.
Prepare to name your roaches as they will be your new pets.
Flyers are sent out warning of apt.
