I am a resident here at San Pedro since April of 2012. I am very pleased so far. Every since the new management company took over, I have noticed that the grounds are well kept, the breezeways are clean, and the overall appearance looks great! Thank goodness for the change!

Will Not Return my Apartment Deposit & Pet Deposit I moved out on March 29th and I have a paper from Mrs. Garcia stating, "Full Deposit Back" and no issues with the apartment.
