	The neighbors are loud. Dont get much done about it. Manager nice. Owner not so much. Cheap apartments. You get what you pay for.

	not the best apartments in the world, but really good for the price. maintenance kept the place up well and the staff was friendly. never any problems with noisy neighbor or vandalism, etc. good location, next to a big park ... more
