APT - Very noisy neighbors and the staff won't do anything about it. They will have you hold on and take no actions. Apartments are being rented out with holes in the walls and months are taken for the damages to be repaired. instead tenants tend to suffer as they are asked to pay damaging fees at the end of their lease when they had nothing to do with it. EXCELLANT These apartments are well maintained and the grounds are excellant.There is a no tolerance policy on loud noice and abusive behavior.Anything that needs repaired,it is fixed promptly.The manager is a christian and very friendly!
