Chevy Chase Apartments

1710 E Starr Ave, Nacogdoches, TX 75961

05/31/14 by Lizamd: I moved to Chevy Chase Apartments in January 2014. I've really enjoyed living here. The community of people is wonderful, and the complex is fairly quiet and parking here is always available near your apartment. You pay a very reasonable rate for the amenities that are provided in the apartments. As a mom it's very convenient to have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I think the only more

Cambridge Court

5222 Northway Dr, Nacogdoches, TX 75961

05/14/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Cambridge Court for almost two years now and I absolutely LOVE it! I have lived in other apartment complexes in Nacogdoches and other cities, but nothing compares to Cambridge Court! The office staff is so friendly and always makes me feel welcome when I come in the office. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to work orders. I don't see myself leaving here anytime more

Austin Place Apartments

3220 North Street, Nacogdoches, TX 75965

08/28/13 by anonymous: I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this property had new management and the appeal to the place is a million times better than it was years ago. It used to have a harsh reputation to say the least. I had to take a chance, with no where else to go and much to my surprised the new manager Amy is super sweet with a no nonsense attitude! When she showed me around I couldn't believe more

04/16/14 by I have been living at the Taliesin since summer 2013 and have had a pleasurable experience . The location is two mins away from campus. The staff are flexible and work with the mySFA card (with refunds etc), all bills paid (including water, electricity, internet ) , swimming pool, pest control once a month, and prompt maintainence . Our apartment came with a flat screen TV more

Woodland Trail Apartments

1410 Martinsville St, Nacogdoches, TX 75961

05/05/14 by anonymous: This was a great first apartment. Management works well with you and never intrudes. They've never came in my apartment without my consent. Everything is very new and clean. I've seen under 7 bugs my whole time here, even during the summer. No pest problem here. The residents keep to themselves and there aren't many students so there aren't many parties. I enjoyed living here. more

The Californian

728 East Starr Ave #101, Nacogdoches, TX 75961

05/19/14 by joblinsr: The Californian is great! My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost two years, and I couldn't be happier with it. When we moved in, the management went out of their way to set us up with an apartment that was affordable and spacious enough for us. Sidenote: I love the accent wall! The maintenance is best I've ever seen. I've only had to call them a couple of times, more

Stone Fort Apartments

133 Old Line Dr, Nacogdoches, TX 75961

10/23/13 by anonymous: Manager gossips and tells others your buisness as well as lies!!!! Nothing ever gets fixed unless it becomes an absolute emergancy. People are rude that live here and tell on you any chance they get which helps the manager in gossiping about you. more

Sunridge Apartments

4502 N University Dr, Nacogdoches, TX 75961

07/16/14 by anonymous: These apartments are a good deal for the price, but of course there are drawbacks. While I lived there we had two leak incidents due to the age of the apartments, and one of the hills collapsed after some rain! Talk about scary! The scenery is nice, and the apartments are fairly calm compared to others, but they changed management every 3-4 months! And the maintenance guys seemed too comfy in more
