I've lived here for about five months. The price it great compared to other apartments in the area. It's close to work and school. Maintenance staff is helpful and nice. No problems with anything since I moved in. Neighbors are very friendly.
Apartment was really clean when I moved in. Quiet at night and I've even seen the local police drive through on occasion.
