No Real Problems

I've lived at Chateau Nederland 2 years. I've never had any problems. Any small maintenance problems are fixed within 1-2 days max and the environment is great. Not full of wack young people nor is it a dead place with nothing but silence. I consider it a great place to live. These are sorta older apartments but the rent is pretty reasonable for the size and the people in the leasing office are nice.
