Lived there for 7 months, in that small amount of time, the sidewalk that leads up to my apartment floods, it was reported, and the management said that the owner has known about this problem for over 2 years. I had a break in, security was called, he was taken to jail, the management was called, they contacted the owner, his response was what do you expect you live in an apartment, (by the way did I mention that the intruder was a boyfriend of a tenant there, he wasn't on the lease. They did absolutely nothing. If you work nights, definately do not move there, the woman upstairs causes all sorts of problems. All in all, everything that was turned in, nothing was done. It is owned locally, so he knows of all the problems there at the unit, however, he just does not care. As far as I am concerned, you have to be a total idiot to even thinking about giving this jerk another dime. He is full of false promises and doesn't deliver. How do you let your complex knowingly flood at the front and do nothing. Think twice or maybe even three times before you waste your money, it is not safe, he is a complete fool.
