	These apartments are old and little preventive maintenance is conducted. I moved in and not one time did they ever come and clean my unit, the walls were dirty with nails still in place and there was furniture still left ... more

	We lived in the newly built townhomes... they were super nice, clean, quiet, and big. Only complaint is the landlords/owners are very nosey... if you don´t mind someone watching every move you make on their property, go for it... just ... more
