I don't know where the negative comments are comming from (perhaps a competitor), but I've lived here 3 months and have yet to find anything to complain about. Excellent and more that efficient management/staff and maintenance. Good neighbors. This place is more than above average. More costly, but you really get what you pay for. Fire alarms, sprinkler system (automatic) in each apt, well landscaped. Furthermore, NO CRIMES HAVE BEEN COMMITED ON PREMISES SINCE OPENING! This is also a gated community. I would disregard the negative comments because that's not the situation here.

The negative comments probably came from thoss that moved in and then budget problems resulted in non-payment; hence, eviction.
