The only downside is that they do not allow pets. Still picked up an application, just in case. Don't go near if you love yourself The management is horrible, not just horrible, very very horrible. It takes more than a month for them to get anything fixed. And the manager talks to people anyhow they like. I just moved out,so know that I am talking of recent.

Quiet Place to Live Nice and quiet place to live. Secluded in neighbor off Nederland Avenue. It was close to the refinery I worked at in Port Arthur. I would recommend this property to everybody. Nice staff compared to other property I looked at.

Loving The Avenue I have lived here for about 4 years. The office and the maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. Work orders get done usually the same day. We did have a slight problem with the parking but the office staff has really gotten control of it. I would recommand The Avenue to

RUN If you have a complaint in this complex do not voice it to the management. They are very harsh in their treatment of tenants going as far as threatning an ------------- with eviction if she didn't shut her mouth. STAY AWAY there are much nicer and less expensive complexes in the area.

Great new management The elderly woman running the place had dementia. A young hard working management company purchased LaPlace Apt.and everything has been upgraded. Great neighbors, quiet and a good value for the money.

Not Happy The best manager the place has had took this place and cleaned it up very nice and was just taken over by new office management. Already they are not taking care of the tenants and know of 4 already going to be leaving due to the element that has now taken over the complex and see it
