I lived in Equestrian Pointe about a year ago, they were my first apartments to ever live in so I didn't know what to look for...a year later while looking for another apartment I came across this rating site, I am such a believer now. While I lived there my apt. got broken into, they had nothing to say about it except that I should move to an apatment closer to the front. They charged my bogus charges after I moved out and they always took forever to do any maintaince if at all. For example, when we moved in the little girl from upstairs gave us a key that the previous renters had given to her to check on the apartment when they were away. I assured her that they change the locks after each renter, however she wanted to give me the key anyway so we tried it and it still worked!!!Not to mention how long we waited to get that changed after I called and yelled at them. I wish I never signed a lease at EPA however I learned to get the facts bfore jumping into a "good deal" you definetely get what you pay for.
