It is not a great community.It is awful....

The new management has stricter guidelines, but the problem residents can continue to renew their lease. The number of residents in an apartment is outrageous which creates alot of soliciting and "hanging out". When driving through the property on a weekend, the noise is very loud. I do not feel safe at all and will be breaking my lease due to these issues. The crime stats are better compared to last year, but who cares of the comparison to last year' The crime stats are still very high. I would not recommend Equestrian Pointe.
