Just driving past, you would think that it looks okay..except for the blankets hanging in the windows or the mismatched mailboxes. The flowers are pretty and the signage is great. However, there is more to see than just the front. People hang out all the time and leave their front doors wide open with music blasting. The breezeways are gross and filthy. I hate living here. The cost should not be the only factor...the value and the safety should be.

yeah, EP sucks A8S! they kicked us out with a 3 day notice after they promised we could renew our lease and move to a smaller apartment. What the hell is that about? oh yeah and the A/C never worked the entire time we lived there, and we had several attempeted break-in's. so good riddance. Don't move here unless you are armed and this is your last resort and if it is your last resort you will have better luck under a bridge.
