I noticed that most of the reviews are by people that are angry cause they owe rent or are getting kicked out

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have been living here about 1 year. The apartments are older but in good condition.Maintenance has always been done in a timely and professional manner.I agree that the office staff isnt the most professional people ive dealt with(The exception being Gary).Im not going to lie and say that this is the best place ever but its my home and i like it so far.At night it tends to be noisy and yes there are a lot of "illegal activities"but I have noticed that its gotten a lot better and I hope it continues.Roaches is a problem im not having,well now that i think i have seen 2 or 3 but not bad.I keep my apartment clean and I request that my apartment be sprayed every 2 weeks(yes you can request that)so i have no problems.Overall the prices are great the maintenance is better than good and the office is good.
