This place is horrible and even w/ the new managemnet company it is still awful. the management staff is very misleading, unprofessional, and irresponsible. When I first moved in they misplaced my deposit check and did not want to fix the problems on my check list; these problems included a chunk of insulation missing from the front door. It took me three attempts to finally get them to half way fix the front door.(the floor in the bathrooms and kitchen are pilling up around the edges). also when you call to get information like when the work out facility will open again or when the water will bill will arrive the first answer is always "I don't know". Then when something is done incorrect like waiting to pay your water bill when you recive the bill (which never arrived) "it is your fault and my management team would never say that", Which to me is: YOUR A LIAR. Then when you start getting roaches from the three families, living in one apartment, next door you have to call and remind management that you need pest control repeatedly, or it will never get done. finally they leave an automatic "RED" notice on the door, even when the book keeper has the wrong information (this has happened 3 or 4 times and I have only lived hear since December. They also leave notices when work will be done to the apartments (ie. painting the exterior and turning the water of to replace all the toilets). a "REASONABLE" time 1 or 2 days before the work will be done. i guess i have proven my point that even though the rent is low the standards are low as well.

P.S. I also think that since the work out facility has not been fixed (due to "vandels") for almost 4 months and work has yet been started they really should stop using it as an perk for living here, along with the none usable laundry facility. It is also descusting to me that they are changing the name of the apartments to the "HARWOOD LUXURY APARTMENTS" there are some in fossil creek that are ten times better that don't have to use the word luxury to fool people in to moving in. The name is changing to 8500 harwood. The reason you have issues is probably due to your arrogance that you obviously think you are too good for the apartments.. if you go in with an attitude of course you will get one back..they gave enough notice.. they put out the notices of when the work would be done but they spread the update work out over that period of time and started not long after.. They are doing tons of things to make this place even better. It is already a great place to live.. I have not seen one issue since i moved here. If you do not inspect and have them fix things before yu move in they become a part of your home. I have not had one problem with work orders which was not even a bad work order.. they fixed it the same day. staff is very laid back but also professional. Ignorance shows in your message. If you wanna know how the complex is do not base it on the reviews of others, people who have attitudes dont enjoy their time. Check it out for yourself. Set an appointment and then drop in. They are good management.. I love it here.

I agree with the person above, you can visibly see the changes and the staff is not stuck up and they seem like everyday people, which is alot better than some of the other apartment offices I have been to.

Once again I believe these responses were made by management, because everyone I talk to around me have the same complaints. Also, the front page ad that is located on the local apartment locater gives a since of profection at the "HARWOOD LUXURY APARTMENT HOMES". The pictures show custom cabinets, a working and finished work-out facility, and a window looking out to a wood patio. the only thing they have fixed so far is: painted the apartments at least 6 diffrent colors, replaced the old toilets and shower heads, and cleaned up the land scaping for summer. NOTE: still no work has been started on the work-out facility. Which shows some more of my irritation with all the false promises. finally, the previous responce states that you should come get your own view of the place. She/he is right please come by and let the management staff mislead you with false promises and trick you into living in this trap. Also, this place may be great if you are moving up from the "ghetto" and have no problem with unproffessional management.

Like changing the names helps that piece of ---- apartment! And "luxury" ya right! It should be illegal for them to be able to put that on their sign. It might be an upgrade for the dirty -------- that live there! I dont even know where to begin with the staff that works there! living there was the worst mistake of my life. Everyone that asked me where I use to live would cringe when I told them 8500 harwood. All they could say was poor thing, and thoes are they worst apts ever! which I know now! And yes the people who had good things to say about that apt was managment! Which will screw you out of money any way they can!!!!
