I commend the new management for taking on this property, a face-lift is definately what is needed and has needed it for years. People should not complain and just give things some time to change and if they think the office staff is "snotty" maybe it is necessary.

Maybe their being snotty is necessary? People should not complain? I can't imagine any real tenant thinking they deserve to be treated rudely by the management. You are either an employee of the complex, or someone that hasn't paid rent a day in their life.

Wow.... I'm glad the management at 8500 Harwood "Luxury" is wasting their time posting here instead of fixing the multitude of problems in this complex.
