I agree and disagree with some of the reviews.Lots of illegals'Thats not true theres tons of them. As far as the maintenance staff goes i think that they are good. Every problem ive ever had has gotten fixed by the next day.The construction people suck balls though. They leave ---- everywhere and are louder than the illegals.The office has always been nice to me.Its always busy in there so you have to wait to talk to somebody sometimes.Its not a huge deal.I wish they had a police patrol at night thats when the ---- hits the fan and its fiesta time.

The staff is good until you move out. I was scheduled to move in on the first of the month and, when I went to move in, my apartment was not ready...in fact it was filthy. Eight days later, when they called to tell me it was done, I went back and all that had changed was the carpet was vacuumed (though there was still pet hair everywhere) and the counters were wiped (they even left the rag in the sink). There was even urine left in the toilet. Because I was so frustrated and already set to move, I went ahead with it. When I moved out...the office staff charged me the 8 days that I had stayed beyond the first claiming that the time was to be prorated..despite a member of the staff telling me otherwise. Then, to make matters worse, I never heard from them again until I got a bill from a collection company saying I owed for those 8 days. Let me WARN everyone...this is the worst complex I've ever lived in and the ranking on this site and reviews on other sites speak to that.
