I moved here a couple weeks ago. The staff has always been nice to me and my family. I had an issue within a week that I had to call the maintenance. They were there the next day and it was fixed the day after that. I have been in other apartments that have not been updated. I have new appliances, new faux wood flooring, and new carpet. I like the updates! However, I do have issues with roach infestation. It was very gross to me and quite embarassing when I have friends over. I run around with a can of raid and have already been through one can. I believe that the people that moved out who were next door were quite filthy...I glanced at their apartment when I was walking out. Hopefully, the new neighbors will be cleaner and they bugs will move out. My apartment has been sprayed 3 times, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully it will be undercontrol soon. I have had no noise issues and no issues with crime. The only arguemnt I have is the trash at night, but it is picked up promptly by the employees the next day and the bugs.


I will let you know in a couple of weeks how the bug issue! That is a huge issue, but at least they are trying to resolve it.

good luck honey! I've been here long enough to see neighbors come and go. I keep EVERYTHING in sealed containers and take out the trash regularly. I have the place sprayed regularly also. Wait until you turn on a light and find one of those great big "man-eaters"

yeah, good luck! i have been battling the roach problem for 4 years, can't afford any of the other more expensive apartments! also it must be nice to have all the updated appliances that us renters that have been here since before the update are now paying for but dont have! everyone's rent went up this year, mine for the first time in the whole four years, and the reason was for remodeling the vacant apartments! what a bunch of crap, we pay for new stuff but still live with half ass working appliances!
