I havenever found so many problems in one apartment in my life. The apartments look"ok" on the outside, but right when I walked into our apartment, the fridge was all dented, curtains had rust stains on them and were broken, cupboards were dirty and falling apart, our laundry vent was busted (we couldn't do laundry for a week), stove pans were missing...just to name a few things. The staff at the apartments do not know what they are doing, you talk to someone different everytime and get different answers. We came from out of town so did a quick lease and then are getting the heck out of there!!................ I find it hilarious bc I gurantee that the person who responded below my post is part of the staff....the staff is just trying to make themselves look more professional, or attempt that they are competent, too late, the staff is completely ignorant and should learn how to take care of an apartment complex, and has no taste what so ever...if they did, you would understand why these apartments is such a sh=@t hole. Trust me we are not picky people, just want a decent place to live, not people who cut corners. If you don't beleive me call the apts. speak with someone there, anyone there, ask them some basic questions, and then call back and see if you get the same response. Yeah, they need to learn how to do their job!

Maybe if you checked the place out before you came from out of town you wouldn't need to do a "quick lease". I think the property is old and is really looking alot better than it did. Sounds like you are just a picky witch....or other term.

The staff at the office is always helpful, up until the day I moved in. I've never had any problems with any of my appliances/blinds/etc. I was sure to communicate with the office up until our move date, and saw my apartment many times before. You must just have bad luck.

I have lived at this property now 5 years, I moved from Calf. I did come down to visit to see where my new home was going to be cause at that time I was unsure, now from the time I moved here in 2003 this place has done a total 360, and no this is not a A property however I have never had any problems here and any time I needed anything fixed it was done in a timely manner. No the office staff is not perfect but who is, you???re not for one you always should look more into the area or the community where you will call your home....And you should always reread a letter before you send it so you don???t look stupid???.

Posted the 15th...three responses on the 15th. The staff is on their toes about these bad reviews at least. They should make their rounds and take care of tenant issues instead of responding frantically to every bad review. Too obvious ladies.

If only they were so prompt with all the needs of the property!! I lived here for 2 years myself and never did they worry about the residents the way that they worried about how things LOOKED on here or on the day when a high roller from Pinnacle was showing up to tour the property. Suddenly, all of "the girls" would tour the property with camera's to take pictures of any minor infringement they could charge you for (and boy does Liegh delight in that!). There would be golf carts everywhere. It was the only time you would see them outside...unless they were smoking a cigarette. If only they cared about the real people that lived on the inside as much as they do about all the fancy water fountains, plants,(they waste money on and let die because they don't water them), remodeling they waste money on because the buildings are FULL OF ROACHES!!! You can't leave a tap drip, a crumb on the counter, the tub wet, or go a month without exterminator service if you want to keep them under control. Forget a toaster-oven, unless you want to empty it and clean it each and every time you use it. I had some nice neighbors here. That's the nicest thing I can say.
