Let's see. I've lived here for about 11 months. My lease is up at the end of this month, thank God. There have been nothing but problems from the very beginning. They changed my apartment 4 times before I moved in. First it was 4111 then 5213, 4214, then finally, they made up their minds. I was supposed to get brand new, all black appliances. Didn't happen. I'm pretty sure the dishwasher and stove are older than I am. The dishwasher doesn't work half the time. The day before I was supposed to move in, they flooded my apartment. What the hell. So I had to move in almost 2 weeks later than they originally told me.

The new appliances were supposed to be part of the "multi million dollar" makeover they had planned that started November of last year. It seems like the only thing they used the money for was the club house, and the water features at the front of the complex (they are --- and ugly). The office staff is incompetent and none of them live on site; because its a hell hole. No matter how many times the people come and spray, my apartment is still full of bugs of all sorts- roaches, spiders, ants. Be prepared to buy your own bug spray. Also, stock up on weather stripping because the windows and sliding glass doors suck. Your heat and AC will get sucked right out of the apartment.

The apartments were built like crap, you can hear every single footstep the people upstairs make. And yes, I understand that when you live downstairs there will be noise, blah, blah, blah. But you shouldn't be able to hear the people's conversations, and the pictures you have on your walls shouldn't shake and fall off the walls when they walk around upstairs. My heat has gone out twice and my AC 4 times. The unit was leaking freon, and instead of fixing the problem they said they would keep an eye on it and fill it when needed. It usually took multiple calls and a couple of days for them to come out and fix anything. The trash people didn't come as scheduled half the time and people would pile all their trash around the dumpster and management would do nothing about it. During the summer, it was so gross.

Also weird things would go missing from my apartment. For instance, the bottom grill on the dishwasher that covers up all of the wires. I got home from work one day, it was gone. No work order anywhere in my apartment, the office said that no one entered my apartment that day. A couple of weeks later, the cover for the lightbulb in the vent over the stove was missing. Again, no work order. It was weird.

Assistant manager Eric is rude. Leah the manager. I'm pretty sure she has no clue about anything. The lady I worked with on my lease, Marie, should be fired. It is a good price for the square footage, but the quality is a big zero. If you decide to lease from this place- May God be with you.
