I have been here a few months. I will say when I put in a work order, they do come and fix it.. LOL. Jerry Rig it up more like it. BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGS. And they don't spray worth a ****. I swear, the owners so cheap he won't fix ANYTHING. I guess to them Caulking is the Awesome fix.. Yeah whatever!!! You can find better. Keep looking.
