I just want to say I like this place, it's good as far as apartment complex's go. It isn't that expensive, the residents are nice and the staff is decent. It isn't something to get as excited about as everyone else here is doing. The only problem I have ever had were teenagers playing their music too loud out in the parking lot. But that hasn't happened in a few months. The reason I stay is because it is close to every where that I have to go. My parents are just a few blocks away. There are different stores in every direction. My work is only about a five minute drive. So it is kind of a good location for me because I save gas. That is really all I have to say.

If you are aware of being able to access crime reports and all the fee info that you can find out about your neighbors most of you would find that this in fact is not a safe place. In the several years I lived there I watch as the crime rate went up. In fact Mr Vuong employed a resident to help cut trees which I have verified that has a criminal record. Lets hope he doesnt allow that person to enter your apartments to fix your repairs. Good luck to you all!
