I have lived here for a few years now and I have not had a roach or a rodent problem. (I guess that is because I am clean) I did start to get some ants and I told the office and they sent the pest control to take care of it. It only took one time for it to be taken care of. Every one that I have met is friendly in the office and my neighbors. I also had not had a problem with any noise. I feel like this is a good family and home enviroment.
