I just moved in a few months ago and I a maintenance problem and the maintenance was able to fix it quickly and it was done right. When I lived a my last palace it was like pulling teeth to get any one out to do anything that needed to be done. The office staff even called me to see that the work order was done and it was right. The ground are kept well. Again not like the other places that I have lived at. This was an excellent move and I am going to tell who I know about it.
