I lived in Diamond Loch for a few years. Enough to watch the change of management and learn what you see is not what you get. This place is now owned --------------------- They work in the office and are on property everyday. They have a posh home ---------------T* which is approx 15 mins from property. I went to see it. How do I know where it's at' That's simple to find out if your educated enough and have the resources to find out. You will pay nicely for the things they have because they are an LLC, which means if the apartments go under, the home and cars they drive are not affected. They are protected to say the least. They took over before I renewed my lease and with the commitment to make it a better place with promises of renovation and quality neighborhood improvements, I decided to sign a one year lease and give new management a shot. Within weeks after signing, the very first thing they put up was cameras. I thought it was a good idea, little did I know that the cameras are ONLY for the ----**'s investment. If something happens to your car or a break in of your home, you will NOT get the video unless you get it court order by a judge. I knew all of the maintainance workers and let's just say, DONT FEEL SAFE. Many are felons, exfelons and drug users. Heck one used to stand on his porch in the morning and after work and smoke a doobie. What a professional guy he was! They make the poor guys work for under MIN. wage. One worker kept bugging my neighbor for work to do in her apartment so he could get groceries or he would constantly bug us for food or cigarettes whatever it may be.
****NOTE**** Your deposit will not be returned and if your there and paid a deposit and if you renew, it will be used a a 'renewal fee' that way you don't get it back. They pull all the people in with credit problems and make them pay OUTRAGEOUS DEPOSITS saying they will work with them and will get it back. That is not true. Ask them how many deposits they have issued back since they took over in March of 2007. Wait, they will lie, but I invite you to ask to just see the look on their faces.
RESIDENTS cars are never safe. You will be towed at your own expense!!!! BE WARY and get copies of everything!!!!! The 'corporate office' is ----* who works in the office and they do not have anyone else. They own the place just go to the courthouse and verify that!!! Tax Records are PUBLIC information. There's no corporate office when you own the place yourself and the mortgage is in your name!! The phone records are even in her personal name!!! Free public information is not hard to find if you know where to look. I said to get copies of any transaction between yourself and the office ------------------------------------the paperwork if they have any feeling that you may be able to afford a lawyer and take them to court. Silly girl messed up on my papers and I have the documents with the mistakes and guess what.....she can't do anything about it!!!! I enjoyed that!
Also I do know and have proof that the leasing agent is REQUIRED to log onto THIS website daily and write reviews for the apartment. FALSE documentation. If the agent does not she is threaten with a write up or will be written up and terminated soon after.

So be wary people. I am not a bitter ex resident because I knew what to do to make sure I was not going to be hosed by the lovely owners. Make sure you read over every document and cross your t's and dot your i's.
There are many other things that I can mention in this log about pest control, the criminal records I was able to pull on the residents that reside there. Heck they kept one guy there and never gave him grief because he could do illegal electrical work and turn on the meter for the electricity and stuff like that. But the laugh factor is he was a drug accidt and had a nice criminal record to show for it. He would still "borrow" residents cars that he befriended and take the car for a 3 day drug binge and bring them back, then asked by management of the office not to press charges on him. That was alarming to me!!!
Needless to say, the list can go on and on..........but I don't have the time for all the details. I have a new place now that I have enjoyed without the hassle that Diamond Loch gives....YOU MAKE YOUR OWN OPINION......I just wanted to give you a few facts.

It appears to me that the positive comments vary with broken english which would lead me to believe that ----* is having a hard time keeping up with the comments since I know that speaking with her and having her recorded in voice conversations that her English is very broken. She, however, is now adament to place the good reviews so quickly after a negative one so many in one day its almost impossible to believe that the under 200 apartment complex would have that many reviews in one month. I am sad that she feels such a need to be dishonest just for a dollar. That's greed. I am happy to say I don't have that need nor do I have 'anger issues' as so indirectly quoted. I sorry that you feel threatened ---** by my honest comments about your property. I wish only the best for you, ----*, but with that sense of greed, I can't help to wonder when Karma will coming knocking on your door. Good Luck!

I am in total agreement with this post! I livd there for 3 years and paid out the nose for it too. Then on top of it when you move out they will try to rape you. They charge you for the half assed repairs their employees were to take care of. And if you do live there be asured they wil be soo nice to you, they will work with you on paments and everything but as soon as you are gone it is totally diferent. And yea, if I just bought a nw home and suv I would work with you on paments too. Needless to say Diamond loch Apartments are a hell hole they do come with complementary roches and rats as well as all the wild cats you could want. And when I RAT I mean over a foot long thing running through you kitchen with your child screaming at it, NOT AN ENJOYABLE EXPEREANCE!!!!! These apartments should be burned to the ground!!
