I tried a leak fixed in my kitchen faucet and it took me a year to finally get something done about it. They tried just patching it and finally had to replace it. My toilet overflowed twice because the city wouldn't come out and fix their problem. Then my kitchen sink overflowed twice because of a problem from upstairs.
When I first moved in I told them my ceiling fan light didn't work and they still haven't fixed it and I've been here over a year. My outlet in my bathroom doesn't work anymore. The have outdated popcorn on the ceilings. They just paint over patches instead of sanding them and then painting. They don't give deposits back when you move. My air condition went out when I had only lived here for three months and they made me wait until Mon. of Tues. to do anything about it but, they were all nice and cool. They had to come out and work on my patio lock several time. The handle has been broken ever since I moved in. They power washed the outside entry way and flooded my apartment twice. I would never move in to this place. I was late one time with my rent in the fifteen months I have been here and had been in the hospital and they said they would lock me out in three days if I didn't get my rent paid.

They cannot lock you out it is illegal....And they have 3 days to fix stuff.... there is a code book to look up information Texas Property Code (http://law.justia.com/texas/codes/pr/008.00.000092.00.html) it helps they are doing alot of stuff they are not allowed to do...

I aggree I lived there and they paid us rentx2 plus deposit to move .lol I raised so much hell about the MOLD in our townhome they paid us to move .lol and we had to sign a paper stating we would NOT SUE them, We just wanted OUT . I posted letters notes all over my front door about our apt having mold and then come to find out many other apts had it also .kids were getting sick and BOILS and it was awful ..It was a big apt I loved it but the MOLD was not nice at all and the NRH imspector said it was dust ,lol So if you live there and yoru sick alot with sinus problems and you get boils and nose bleeds you will know , better start looking for the mold .I found some under the kitchen sink , under the board that you set stuff on .had it tested BLACK MOLD .They wanted us out of there ..lol and PAID US TO LEAVE but we had 2 0r 3 days .

Report these -------S to the city and the apartment association..also if you have to get prepaid legal services. Its an lawyer service, very affordable. This place is a piece of ---- and the owners are crooks. God doesn't like ugly though,, there day is gonna come just wait and see. They don't give a dam about anyone who stays there..there only there for the MONEY. I had to get a lawyer and i won..my lawyer knew right off the back about this place. It should be shut down. And for those who claim its such a great place, your BLIND...this place is full of mold and everything else...If they delete my comment I will just get my lawyer on there trifling asses again cause they cant do that...your free to tell the truth on this site and the truth is DIAMOND LOCH IS BS!!!
